Which terms this page covers

This page explains the clauses that most often decide whether bonus money becomes withdrawable; it summarises rather than replaces them, and if the casino’s wording and ours ever differ, theirs applies. Wagering counts the deposit and the bonus
The Welcome Package and the Crypto Welcome Bonus both carry 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Plenty of players see “20x” and multiply only the bonus, which understates the job by half or more. Worked through:
- You deposit A$100 at step one and get a 100% bonus of A$100.
- The wagering base is A$100 + A$100 = A$200.
- At 20x, that’s A$4,000 in total bets before the bonus converts.
Other offers use other bases. The Weekend Reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, while the Crypto Weekly Reload and Weekend Crypto Reload are 30x the bonus only. Free-spin winnings carry 40x across the board. Live Cashback and Daily Cashback come with 1x wagering, about as light as it gets.
The 10-day clock
Welcome-bonus wagering must be finished within 10 days. In the example above that’s A$4,000 of bets in ten days, roughly A$400 a day. When the clock runs out, the bonus and any winnings still attached can be taken back. Before claiming a big step — the third, at 50% up to A$9,000, say — check whether that turnover is realistic at your usual stakes. An achievable bonus beats a large one you can’t clear. The A$150 maximum bet
While a bonus is active, each bet is limited to A$150. The rule stops players clearing wagering with a handful of huge bets, and it is enforced strictly: one round over the limit can be enough to cancel the bonus and its winnings. Cash-out cap: 10x the bonus
Winnings that come from a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus. With an A$250 bonus, at most A$2,500 can convert to withdrawable cash, and anything above that is removed when the bonus completes. The cap covers the Welcome Package, the Crypto Welcome Bonus, the Weekend Reload and the Crypto Weekly Reload. Weekly Reload free spins have a fixed cap instead, which the terms quote as €100.
One bonus at a time, and cancelling one
The account can carry only one active bonus. A new offer won’t attach while another is running — the usual reason a reload seems to vanish. The terms also state that withdrawing while a bonus is active voids it. So with a bonus running you have three choices: finish the wagering, let it expire or cancel it. Cancelling normally removes the bonus funds and their winnings while leaving untouched real money in place, but confirm with support what will remain before you do, and get it in writing.
Also remember to claim each welcome step before betting with that deposit; betting first can rule the bonus out.
