Before you register: which addresses are real
CasinoGuard’s record gives the casino’s main domain as casea.com and confirms two mirrors: casea-0006.com and casea-9859.com. Offshore casinos use mirrors routinely; they carry the same lobby and accounts under a different address, usually so the site stays reachable if one domain gets blocked somewhere.
From Greece and Italy, CasinoGuard saw casea.com respond with an HTTP 307 redirect to casea-0006.com on desktop and mobile. The check from Canada behaved differently, so don’t be alarmed if you land on a different address than a friend does. What counts is that you end up on one of the three known domains, not a lookalike.
How to be sure you’re on a genuine address

Phishing copies of casino sites are a real threat, and a login form is exactly what they want you to fill in. Go through this checklist whenever you arrive from a link you didn’t type yourself:
- Read the address bar character by character. The mirrors use a hyphen and four digits; a fake might change a digit, add a word or use a different domain ending.
- Look for HTTPS and the padlock. It doesn’t prove a site is legitimate, but its absence is a clear red flag.
- Check the footer. Find the licence seal and click it. It should open a regulator’s own register, not an image or a page on the casino’s domain. CasinoGuard lists the operator and licence owner as not disclosed, and the record shows no Canadian registration, so the minute spent checking the seal is well spent.
- Compare the terms version. The real site shows General T&Cs and Bonus terms version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026.
- Bookmark the address once confirmed, and sign in from that bookmark instead of from emails or chat messages.
If something seems off, close the tab and email support@casea.com from your own mail app to ask which addresses are currently live.
The sign-up form
Registration is a short form. You’ll be asked for an email address and password, personal details, your country and an account currency. The casino supports 11 fiat currencies (AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, EUR, HUF, ISK, NOK, NZD, PLN, USD) plus crypto, and the currency is hard to switch later, so Canadian players should pick CAD if they plan to use Interac®.
Type your name, date of birth and address exactly as they appear on your ID, including your postal code. A mismatch is the most common reason a later identity check stalls, and it typically only shows up when you ask for a withdrawal. Tick the terms and age boxes only after at least skimming them; our plain-language T&C explainer covers the clauses that matter most.
Email confirmation and first sign-in

Once you submit the form, look for a confirmation email and click its link to activate the account. If nothing comes, check your spam and promotions folders, make sure the address was typed correctly, then contact support through Live Chat or email; both channels are named in the casino’s terms.
Afterwards you sign in with the email and password you chose. The same login works on every mirror because they share one account database, which is one more reason to type your credentials only on a verified address.
The first deposit and the welcome bonus
Step one of the Welcome Package is 100% up to C$3,750 plus 100 free spins, with a C$30 minimum deposit. A few rules decide whether the bonus actually arrives:
- Claim the bonus before you place any bet with the deposit.
- Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for the welcome offer; Interac®, cards and crypto do.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time.
- Wagering is 20x deposit plus bonus within 10 days, and the maximum bet with a bonus running is C$150.
Crypto depositors can opt for the Crypto Welcome Bonus instead, with a 100 USDT minimum. The full ladder for both is on our promotions page.
Identity checks (KYC)
As at most casinos, the operator can request identity documents before paying out, and occasionally sooner. That usually means government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s licence or passport, a recent proof of address like a utility or bank statement and, for cards or e-wallets, proof that the payment method belongs to you. CasinoGuard’s record publishes no processing times for these checks, so we can’t give you a number.
The practical tip is to verify early: upload clear, uncropped images soon after registering instead of waiting until a withdrawal is pending. If a check seems stuck, our troubleshooting page explains what to send and how to follow up.
Password reset and account security
Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in screen and follow the email it sends. Only click reset links you asked for a moment ago; an unexpected reset email may be a phishing attempt.
- Choose a long, unique password you don’t use anywhere else.
- If the account settings offer two-factor authentication, turn it on. CasinoGuard’s record doesn’t confirm whether it exists, so check the security section after your first sign-in.
- Never hand login details to anyone claiming to be support. Real support won’t ask for your password.
- Sign out on shared devices and keep your email account secure, since it controls every other reset.
Set limits before you play
Registration is also the right time to set deposit limits or other responsible gambling tools if the account offers them. Keep in mind that, as an offshore site, it isn’t covered by provincial self-exclusion programmes. Help is available from ConnexOntario (connexontario.ca), the Responsible Gambling Council (responsiblegambling.org) and Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org). Online gambling is for adults only, 18+ or 19+ by province. For the wider picture on the casino, see our in-depth review.
