Which terms this page covers
The casino publishes General Terms and Conditions and separate Bonus terms, both labelled version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026, as captured by CasinoGuard. A dated version number is a good sign, since it lets you see whether the rules have changed since you last looked. This page walks through the clauses that most often decide whether a bonus becomes withdrawable money, with amounts shown in Canadian dollars for CAD accounts. It is a summary, not a replacement: if the casino’s wording and this page ever disagree, the casino’s wording wins.
Wagering counts the deposit as well as the bonus
The Welcome Package and the Crypto Welcome Bonus both come with 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Lots of players see “20x” and multiply only the bonus, which underestimates the requirement by half or more. Worked through:
- You deposit C$150 on the first step and get a 100% bonus of C$150.
- The wagering base is C$150 + C$150 = C$300.
- At 20x, you need C$6,000 in total bets before the bonus converts.
Other offers use different bases. The Weekend Reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, while the Crypto Weekly Reload and Weekend Crypto Reload are 30x the bonus only. Free-spin winnings across the offers carry 40x. Live Cashback and Daily Cashback land with 1x wagering, which is about as light as it gets.
The 10-day window
Welcome-bonus wagering must be finished within 10 days. In the example above, that is C$6,000 of bets in 10 days, or about C$600 a day. If time runs out, the bonus and any winnings still attached to it can be removed. Before you claim a big step, such as the third one at 50% up to C$9,000, check whether that turnover is realistic at your usual stakes. A smaller deposit with reachable wagering is generally worth more than a large bonus you can’t clear. Weekly Reload free spins have their own limit: use them within 7 days.
The C$150 maximum bet
While any bonus is active, each bet is capped at C$150. The rule is there to stop players clearing wagering with a handful of huge bets, and it is enforced strictly: a single round over the limit can be enough for the casino to cancel the bonus and the winnings tied to it. Maximum cash-out: 10x the bonus
Winnings generated by a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. With a C$375 bonus, no more than C$3,750 can become withdrawable cash; anything above that is removed when the bonus completes. The cap covers the Welcome Package, the Crypto Welcome Bonus, the Weekend Reload and the Crypto Weekly Reload. Weekly Reload free spins have a fixed cap instead, which the terms publish as €100.
One bonus at a time, and cancelling a bonus
Only one bonus can be active on an account. A new offer won’t attach while another is still running, which is the usual reason a reload seems to vanish. The terms also state that a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids it. With a bonus running you really have three choices: complete the wagering, let it expire or cancel it. Cancelling normally removes the bonus funds and any winnings linked to them while leaving untouched real-money balance alone, but confirm with support what will remain before you cancel, and get the answer in writing.
Remember to claim each welcome step before placing any bet with that deposit; betting first can disqualify the bonus.
VIP withdrawal limits in CAD
The terms set daily and monthly withdrawal caps by VIP level. A balance above the cap is paid out in instalments, not forfeited.

Payment exclusions and other conditions
Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for the Welcome Package, and both are excluded from the Crypto Weekly Reload as well. Interac®, cards, MiFinity and crypto deposits are not caught by this exclusion.
