How we built this review
This review is written by an independent guide. We are not the casino, we do not operate it and we are not its official site. Everything below comes from two sources: CasinoGuard’s public record of the brand, scanned on 5 November 2026, and the casino’s own General Terms and Bonus Terms, version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026, as captured in that record.
We did not make real-money test deposits, and we do not publish payout times that the operator itself does not publish. Where the record is silent we say so plainly instead of guessing. Each of the five scores in the scorecard above is tied to something you can check: a number in the terms, a count in the lobby, or a limit in the cashier.
The score is an average of five areas: games and studios (9.2), bonuses (8.3), payments (8.5), support (7.8) and transparency and licence (8.2). That gives an overall 8.4 out of 10. A high games score cannot hide a weak transparency score, which is why the overall sits below the lobby rating.
Who runs the casino and what licence it holds

This is the section most players skip and the one that matters most. According to CasinoGuard’s record, the operator, licence owner, representative and payment processor are all listed as “not disclosed”. The casino’s pages do not name the company or the licence in a way CasinoGuard could verify. We will not fill that gap with a guess, and you should be wary of any site that does.
What you can do yourself takes about five minutes:
- Scroll to the footer of the casino site and look for a licence seal or a licence number.
- Click the seal and confirm it opens the regulator’s own register, not a static image or a page hosted on the casino’s domain.
- Read the “About” clause at the top of the T&Cs, where the legal entity is normally named.
- Email support@casea.com and ask in writing which company holds the licence. A written answer is useful if you ever need to escalate a complaint.
The primary domain is casea.com, with two confirmed mirrors: casea-0006.com and casea-9859.com. In CasinoGuard’s Greek and Italian checks, casea.com answered with an HTTP 307 redirect to casea-0006.com on both desktop and mobile; behaviour differed in Canada, Finland and Poland. Mirrors are common for offshore casinos, but they are also what phishing copies imitate, so always check the address bar. Our licence and safety page goes through this in more detail.
Welcome package: what 350% up to €16,000 really means
The welcome package is spread across your first four deposits and adds up to 350% in matches, up to €16,000, plus 350 free spins. Each step has its own cap and spin allowance:
| Deposit | Match | Cap | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% | €2,500 | 100 |
| 2nd | 100% | €3,500 | 50 |
| 3rd | 50% | €6,000 | 50 |
| 4th | 100% | €4,000 | 150 |
The minimum deposit is €20 per step. The bonus terms v1.12 set wagering at 20x the deposit plus the bonus, to be completed within 10 days. Free-spin winnings carry 40x. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is €100, and the most you can cash out from bonus play is 10x the bonus amount.
Here is what 20x on deposit plus bonus looks like in practice. Deposit €100 at step one and you receive €100 in bonus, so €200 is in play. Twenty times €200 is €4,000 of wagering, which has to be done inside ten days. On a slot with a typical return, that is a lot of spins, and the clock is tight if you only play in the evenings.
Three conditions catch people out:
- Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
- You must claim the bonus before you place any bet with the deposit.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active voids it, and only one bonus can run at a time.
A crypto version runs alongside: 350% up to 21,000 USDT plus 350 free spins (roughly €18,500), with a 100 USDT minimum per step and the same 20x on deposit plus bonus. All current offers are laid out on our promotions page.
Reloads and cashback after the welcome

The ongoing calendar is busier than average, and the terms differ more than the banners suggest. In order of how useful we think they are:
- Live Cashback, 25% up to €350 per week on net Live Casino losses from Monday to Sunday. It is paid as real money with 1x wagering, with a €5 minimum. The catch: you have to request it via Live Chat or email the following Monday, between 06:00 and 23:59 UTC. Miss that window and it is gone.
- Weekend Reload, 50% up to €777 plus 77 free spins, Friday to Sunday. Minimum €20 for the match, €50 to add the spins. Opt-in is required and wagering rises to 35x deposit plus bonus within 10 days.
- Weekly Reload, 66 free spins, Monday to Thursday on the first deposit of the week (minimum €20). Spins must be used within 7 days, winnings carry 40x and the cash-out cap is €100.
- Daily Cashback for VIP levels 2 to 5, from 3% (max €100) at Level 2 up to 15% (max €400) at Level 5. It is opt-in, casino games only, credited at 04:00 UTC with 1x wagering.
Crypto players also get a Crypto Weekly Reload (60% up to 1,000 USDT, 30x the bonus, casino games only) and a Weekend Crypto Reload (75% up to 750 USDT plus 100 free spins, 30x the bonus). Note that the crypto reloads wager on the bonus only, which makes them easier to clear than the fiat versions.
Games and studios in the lobby
The lobby is the strongest part of the product. CasinoGuard’s global record counts 8,005 games from 85 providers, and country records run higher: 10,599 in Canada, 12,790 in Italy, 13,244 in Poland and 15,540 in Finland. Availability depends on where you log in from, so treat any single title as “seen in the lobby” rather than guaranteed.
The biggest catalogues in the global record belong to Spinomenal (819 titles), Foxi (542), Yggdrasil (515), Amusnet (393), CT Interactive (273), Tada Gaming (269) and BGaming (261), followed by Flatdog, Betsoft, Amatic, EGT Digital, Gamomat, Onlyplay and Platipus. That mix leans towards classic and mid-volatility slots, with a long tail of smaller studios.
Titles we saw featured include Book of Ra, Sugar Rush 1000, Sweet Bonanza 2500, Big Bass Splash, Le Zeus and Fortune of Olympus. The live section lists game shows and tables such as Funky Time, Mega Ball, Mega Roulette, Speed Baccarat and Gates of Olympus Roulette.
Search and filtering matter in a lobby this size. The practical tip is to filter by provider rather than scrolling the homepage tiles. Remember that the €100 maximum bet applies to every spin while a bonus is active.
Payments, currencies and withdrawal limits

The cashier accepts 11 fiat currencies (AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, EUR, HUF, ISK, NOK, NZD, PLN and USD) and a long list of crypto, including USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, BNB, ADA, DOGE, SOL, TRX and USDC.
In the global cashier snapshot we counted 16 deposit methods and 17 withdrawal methods. Typical per-transaction limits:
- Card (“Pay by Card”): €10–2,000 deposit, €10–3,000 withdrawal.
- Bitcoin: €30–5,000 deposit, €60–5,000 withdrawal.
- Other crypto: €10–5,000 deposit, €20–5,000 withdrawal.
- Bank transfer: €10–5,000 withdrawal.
Methods vary by country. Finland and Italy add Revolut, MiFinity, paysafecard (listed as PSCRD) and Rapid Transfer (listed as RPDT), and Canada adds Interac®.
The bigger constraint is the VIP withdrawal ladder. At Level 1 you can withdraw €500 per day and €7,000 per month. The ceiling rises to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5. A large win early on will therefore be paid out in instalments.
Processing times are not published in the record. We will not quote “instant” or “24-hour” payouts. Expect identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal, and send your documents early so they don’t hold up the payout.
Support, languages and day-to-day use
The terms name two support channels: Live Chat and email at support@casea.com. There is no phone line in the record. For anything involving money, such as a bonus dispute, a delayed payout or a live-cashback request, use email as well as chat so you have a dated written trail.
The site runs in 15 languages: Arabic, Czech, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Slovak and Slovenian. That is broad coverage for an offshore brand, and it means the terms are readable in most European languages.
Support scores lowest in our scorecard (7.8). That is not because of bad experiences we can document. It is because two of the most valuable perks, the live cashback and some opt-in reloads, depend on you contacting support or ticking a box at the right moment. If you have trouble signing in, our login guide covers the common fixes.
The terms also mention Sports and Virtual Sports sections. CasinoGuard’s record covers the casino only, and so does this guide.
Who this casino suits, and how to play safely
It suits players who:
- want a very large slot lobby and like browsing by studio;
- play live tables regularly and will remember to claim the 25% weekly cashback;
- deposit in crypto and prefer reloads that wager on the bonus only;
- are comfortable checking a licence seal and reading versioned terms themselves.
It is a poor fit for players who:
- need a named, locally licensed operator before depositing;
- fund their account with Skrill or Neteller and expect the welcome bonus;
- cannot realistically wager 20x deposit plus bonus within 10 days;
- expect large wins to be paid in one go, given the €500 daily cap at Level 1.
For side-by-side context against typical market archetypes, see our comparison page.
Gambling is for adults only (18+) and should stay entertainment. Set a deposit limit before you claim any bonus, and treat wagering requirements as the cost of the offer, not a route to profit. If play stops feeling optional, free and confidential help is available from Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org, run by Gordon Moody), Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) and GamCare.
If you spot an error in this review or want to report a problem, write to complaints@casea.ad. We correct the record when the evidence changes.
What the record does not tell you
A fair review is clear about its blind spots. These are the questions CasinoGuard’s record of Casea leaves open, and how you can close them before you put money in:
- The legal entity. No company name is disclosed in a verifiable way. Ask support in writing and keep the reply.
- The regulator. No licence could be confirmed. A seal that does not link to a live register entry is not evidence.
- Payout speed. No processing times are published for any method. Make a small withdrawal first and time it yourself before you commit a larger balance.
- Country differences. Game counts, payment methods and even the domain you land on change by country. What you see in the lobby may not match a screenshot from another market.
- Game return settings. The record does not include RTP audits, and we do not claim any. Check the info panel inside each game for its stated return.
None of these is a red flag on its own. Offshore casinos often publish less than locally licensed ones. But together they explain why transparency scores 8.2 rather than higher, and why we suggest a cautious first deposit. If the casino publishes new information, or CasinoGuard’s next scan finds a verifiable licence, we will update this review and the score.
For a plain-English reading of the clauses that matter most, see our terms explained page.
